The Conference Center is specifically suited for larger meetings.

- U shape set up 30 pax
- Theatre style 70 pax
- Round Tables of 10 with dance floor 110 people
- Round Tables of 10 without dance floor 135 people
In addition the outdoor patio can be used for additional capacity either for breakouts, meal service or pre or post receptions.
Full audio-visual services can be organized with advance notice.
Wireless Internet is available in banquet and meeting rooms.
SUITE MEETING ROOM
The Suite Meeting Room is the perfect venue for your next small group multi-day meeting, retreat, conference or summit. Our Suite Meeting Room has been uniquely designed to enhance meeting dynamics and group interaction for meetings with 10 or less participants. Featuring a round table to encourage group interaction, a stunning valley view to stimulate creative thinking, and all the interactive electronics necessary to conduct a successful meeting.
CATERING
Simply Red Bistro
Executive Chef Mark Fitzgerald and Chef Izzo, have developed a menu that will definitely please your pallate. They present specials that always use seasonally-fresh ingredients. You can enjoy breakfast & lunch in the bistro, or have it served in the Suite Meeting Room or Conference Center.
Other dining options include the John Thomas Steakhouse, a true gourmet New York City style prime steakhouse, is conveniently located just steps away from La Tourelle Resort in a charming historic country house. Have you ever noticed that creative ideas don’t always come when you’re sitting in front of the computer or around the conference table? At La Tourelle Resort and Spa we believe that to think outside the box you have to be outside the box. Therefore, we have created this special Business Brainstorm Package to provide a cost-effective way for your team to get away from the daily grind and be inspired in a serene setting.
Our package is based on a minimum of 25 people, and includes:

Information before you and your team stays with us:
The effective dates for this special package are from November 16, 2009 to March 26, 2010. Reservations are subject to availability of rooms and banquet room, and some blackout dates do apply. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included in this package, however, we would be delighted to quote prices for alcoholic beverages. Pricing is based on a minimum of 25 persons. Special package pricing may change if the minimum is not reached or accommodations not needed. Please contact us for custom quotes based on your group size and needs.
Our twice as nice price, inclusive of above for 25 persons:
Sunday to Thursday nights, $6,000. Friday or Saturday nights, $7,400.
