Specialty Weekends
Prices, deposit, rate and cancellation policy may vary. Must be booked by phone: 1-800-765-1492 or 607-273-2734. (Graduation, college parent weekends and race weekends are some examples)

Minimum Stays
Certain holidays and certain weekends require a minimum two night stay and rates may vary.

Deposits
All reservations require deposits on a per room, per night basis. Amounts are based on room rates and types. Online reservations require deposit of one night's stay. These may vary for specialty weekends.

Hotel Room Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel or change your dates (a change in arrival or departure constitutes a cancellation), please take note of the following: The policy is on a per night, per room basis. For weekday (Sunday thru Thursday) night reservations...reservations cancelled after 4pm, 48 hours prior to arrival date will result in your credit card being charged your full stay. For weekend (Friday and Saturday) night reservations...reservations cancelled after 4pm 72 hours prior to arrival date will result in your credit card being charged your full stay. For block room reservations (5 or more rooms), please refer to our banquet information for reservation and cancellation policies. These may vary for specialty weekends.

Spa Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.

Arrivals and Departures
Check in time is 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. For later arrivals, please call in advance. Check out time is before 11 a.m. Guests who depart earlier than specified in the confirmed reservation may be charged for the full duration of their stay.

Smoking
The Resort maintains a no smoking policy throughout its facilities. We do reserve the right to charge an additional fee if this policy is not adhered to. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.

Extra Charges
Rollaway/Cot charge is $25 daily (one per room only); not all rooms can accommodate rollaway/cots.

Pets
We do have a limited number of rooms which can accommodate pets. Reservations must be made directly with the Resort by calling 607-273-2734.
