Amenities
Do you allow pets? Yes, pets are welcome in many of our rooms at a fee of $50 per night. Pets are not permitted in our fireplace rooms or suites.
Do you have rooms with Jacuzzi’s? The Deluxe Fireplace rooms and Executive Suites have single-person jetted tubs in them.
What type of pillows are in the rooms? Beyond Nature Pillows by Carpenter
Do you have a pool? No, we do not have a pool.
Do you have a restaurant? We will be opening a new restaurant concept in mid/late February of 2025. Until then, our on-site dining options are limited to continental breakfast.
When is the spa open? Please visit augustmoonspa.com for the most up to date spa hours.
What is the fee to rent the firepit? $50.00 for groups of 10 or less and $100.00 for groups of over 10. Pricing includes firewood, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers and chairs.
Our Property
Is there access to hiking trails? Yes, we have our own trail that connects us to the Finger Lakes Trail system and Buttermilk State Park.
What is the minimum age limit to reserve a room? 18 years old
What does La Tourelle mean? La Tourelle stands for “the little turret” in reference to our tower rooms that are located on the front of the hotel.
Parking and Shuttles
Do you have a shuttle service to the airport? Yes, we do provide shuttle service to and from the airport daily from 8am to 430pm, based on availability. Applicable fees do apply. Advance reservations are requested.
Is there free parking at the hotel? Yes, there is free parking available on site.
Do you have vehicle charging stations? Yes, we have one Tesla charging station and one Universal station. A charge of $2 per hour and/or $16 for overnight use do apply.
