Based on the eastern shores of Seneca Lake, Diamiani Wine Cellars delivers expressive wines made with the utmost care and precision. Our menu offers a taste of that range, from the bright, refreshing Pinot Gris to the richer, more structured MC² Cabernet/Merlot, and the sparkling Bollicine.

Dr. Konstantin Frank helped establish the Finger Lakes as a serious wine region by proving that European grape varieties could thrive here, beginning with his first Riesling plantings in the 1950s. We’re proud to pour two expressions of that legacy, from the sparkling Célèbre to the winery’s flagship Dry Riesling, known for its aromatic fruit, crisp acidity, and mineral character.
