With Chef Ryan in the kitchen, we are also expanding our dinner hours for 2023 and delivering delicious dinners seven days a week! About Executive Chef Ryan Solien

Growing up peeling potatoes in his family’s restaurant, Chef Ryan has always had a passion for cooking. As he grew up, his passion led him to the California Culinary Academy. Since graduating from the academy, Ryan’s culinary skills have taken him worldwide, from New Orleans to Bermuda. During these travels, Chef Ryan impressed celebrities like Barack Obama, Tim McGraw, and the Cirque Du Soleil troop with his creations. We are thrilled to have Chef Ryan bring his culinary skills and expertise to our Ithaca Bistro!

The Bistro is now featuring a new dinner menu handcrafted by Chef Ryan! You can currently sample the new menu Thursday through Sunday from 4-9 pm. And in 2023, we will be open for dinner seven days a week, so you can stop by and try our menu anytime! We offer something for everyone, including the full breakfast served with an entree, fresh fruit, juice, and Ithaca coffee.
